Amy trained in Margarete Morell Social Work Supervision and has provided clinical and reflective supervision for over 5 years. Amy believes that clinical supervision is about both professional and personal development and encourages supervisees to reflect upon how they can hold both within their practice.
Amy brings a rich and diverse professional background to her supervision and therapeutic work, drawing on experience across acute mental health services, child protection, community-based settings, and rape and sexual assault services. Her understanding of complex systems and frontline work allows her to support practitioners navigating high-pressure environments with insight and empathy. For over six years, Amy has held leadership roles within a renowned youth mental health service, further deepening her knowledge of service delivery, team dynamics, and trauma-informed care in multidisciplinary settings.
