The Australian Association of Social Workers, AASW, published the Recommended Schedule of Fees (2025) for Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, AMHSW, who provide psychological focused care and services. The Recommended Schedule of Fees set the standard 50-minute session fee at $289. Attuned Mind session fees are well below this recommendation.
1:1 Session

Clinical and Reflective Supervision
$150 ex. GST
50 minutes in centre, phone or telehealth.
Medicare Rebates
AMHSWs are registered under Medicare with rebates available under a Mental Health Care Plan.
GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, GPMHTP
$87.25
Rebate can be claimed for up to 10 sessions within a 12-month period.
Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan, EDTMP
$87.25
Rebate can be claimed for up to 10 sessions (with further sessions offered under a medical practitioner review) within a 12-month period.

Cancellation Fees and Payment Methods
Cancellation fees
As Attuned Mind reserves session times specifically for you, cancellations with 48 hours or less notice typically cannot be filled on such short notice and will therefore attract a charge.
48hrs notice of cancellation; 50% of fee
24hrs notice of cancellation or no show; 100% of fee
Please note late cancellations or non-attended sessions are not covered by Medicare Rebates.
Payment
Attuned Mind takes payment by card (Visa, Debit) via a secure online payment system. Card details will be stored in our confidential system, Halaxy, for payment processing only. Payments will be automatically processed during the appointment.
Medicare Rebate Processing
Attuned Mind will take care of any Medicare Rebate applications on your behalf.
